The highlight of the ZW Type Horizontal Self-Priming Pump is its combination of strong self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge. It uses an axial reflux external mixing method and, through the design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, does not require the installation of a bottom valve or priming water. It can pump clean water and chemical media like a general clean water self-priming pump, and can also pump and discharge sewage containing large solid particles and long fiber debris, sediments, waste mineral impurities, and all engineering sewage and colloidal substances, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers. This pump is easy to use, move, install, and maintain, with stable performance. Its self-priming height is 5 meters, making it an ideal replacement for various submersible and submerged sewage pumps.

When viewed from the suction inlet towards the motor end, it rotates clockwise. ZW Type Non-Clogging Self-Priming Sewage Pump inlet and outlet connections: standard flange (GB115.7-8-88). The matching motor is a Y-type asynchronous motor, available in standard or explosion-proof types, to be agreed upon based on requirements. The pump body material is HT200, and the impeller material is QT400-18. Stainless steel can also be used according to user needs for conveying corrosive media.

1. The lower end of the pump's inlet is equipped with a drain port. Unscrew the drain port cover, and the liquid inside the pump can be completely drained.

2. The outlet and inlet are sealed with rubber sealing rings, and the shaft seal uses mechanical seals for sealing.

3. A rubber valve plate is installed between the water inlet joint and the pump body, which automatically closes when stopped, keeping the pump full of liquid for the next priming.

4. ZW Type Horizontal Non-Clogging Self-Priming Pump consists of the pump body, impeller, shaft, frame, motor, and other components, making it easy to move.

5. The pump body is equipped with an air-water separation chamber connected to the outlet and a water storage chamber connected to the reflux valve. During self-priming, the reflux valve opens automatically. The reflux valve body has a cone-shaped nozzle facing the impeller, which helps improve the self-priming speed.

6. Under general installation conditions, the suction height of the ZW Type Horizontal Non-Clogging Self-Priming Pump is 3 meters. If a higher suction height is required in certain situations, note that the suction pipe should be as short as possible, and the pump's suction should avoid valves, elbows, and tees. If the vertical height of the discharge pipe is within 1 meter and there are no elbows within 1 meter vertically from the pump outlet, the pump's suction height can be achieved.
